AVIOR Invitations ("we," "us," "our") operates this Website and provides custom acrylic glass invitation services. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Website or services.

2. Products and Services

2.1 Product Description

We offer custom-designed acrylic glass invitations for quinceañeras, weddings, and special events. Each invitation is:

• UV-printed on 2mm+ premium crystal-clear acrylic glass
• Fully customizable with your event details, names, dates, and colors
• Professionally designed with unlimited text edits included
• Waterproof, durable, and designed to last as a keepsake

2.2 Customization Process

After placing your order:

1. You will receive a digital preview within 24 hours for approval
2. Unlimited text changes (names, dates, venue) are included at no extra cost
3. Layout or color changes require our Custom Design Service upgrade
4. You must approve the final design before production begins

2.3 Color Accuracy

We strive for 95%+ color accuracy. However, screen displays vary, and final printed colors may differ slightly from digital previews. For critical color matching, we recommend ordering a paid sample before placing a large order.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Placement

When you place an order, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Review and approve your design preview within 48 hours
• Accept responsibility for any errors in information you provide
• Pay the full order amount before production begins

3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayPal
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

Payment is processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

4. Production and Fulfillment

4.1 Production Timeline

Standard production time is 1-3 business days after design approval. Rush production (24-hour turnaround) is available for an additional fee.

4.2 Design Approval Process

You will receive a digital preview within 24 hours of order placement. We wait up to 48 hours for your approval. If no response is received within 48 hours, production will automatically begin with the provided design.

Important: Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

5. Cancellations and Changes

5.1 Order Cancellation

• Within 6 hours: Full refund, no cancellation fee
• After 6 hours (before design completion): Refund minus $25 design fee
• After design approval: No cancellation allowed once production starts

5.2 Order Modifications

You may request unlimited text changes before approving your design. Once you approve the design and production begins, no modifications can be made.

6. Shipping and Delivery

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership

All content on this Website, including designs, graphics, logos, text, and software, is the property of AVIOR Invitations or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8.2 License for Custom Designs

When you purchase a custom invitation, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design for your personal event. You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the design
• Use the design for commercial purposes
• Modify the design and claim it as your own work
• Remove AVIOR branding from design files

8.3 Customer-Provided Content

If you provide photos, logos, or other content for your invitation, you represent that:

• You own the rights to use this content
• You have obtained necessary permissions and releases
• The content does not infringe on any third-party rights

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• AVIOR Invitations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
• We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs

10. Warranty Disclaimer

Our products are sold "as is" without any warranty except as required by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Quality Guarantee: We guarantee that our invitations are free from manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement at no cost.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AVIOR Invitations from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our Website or services
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Content you provide that infringes third-party rights
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. Mediation if negotiation fails
3. Binding arbitration in Miami, Florida if mediation is unsuccessful
